How It Works
Create Your Profile
Anyone can create a profile and list their services, but to be marked as 'qualified', you must be invited by an existing qualified professional.
Get Invited & Verified
A qualified professional must invite and recommend you. They take responsibility for your work. Your certificates, insurance, and work photos are then verified.
Become Qualified
Once verified, you're listed as 'qualified' and can invite others. If you're not contactable, your referrer is available as a fallback contact.
Verification Process
Certificate Verification
All professional certificates and qualifications are checked and verified by qualified users. Certificates must be valid and from recognized organizations.
Insurance Verification
Insurance policies are verified where applicable. Public liability, professional indemnity, and other relevant insurance is checked and validated.
Work Photo Validation
Photos of prior work are verified with the homeowner or client. We contact them to confirm the work was completed and the photos are accurate.
Referrer Responsibility
The qualified professional who invites you takes responsibility for your work. If you're not contactable, your referrer is available as a fallback contact.
