• Insurance Verification: Insurance policies are verified where applicable to ensure adequate coverage.
• Work Photo Validation: Photos of prior work are verified with homeowners or clients to confirm they're genuine and accurate.
• Referrer Responsibility: The qualified professional who invites you takes responsibility for your work. If you're not contactable, your referrer is available as a fallback contact.

If you're a professional looking to be listed:

1. Create your profile and list your services
2. Get invited by an existing qualified professional who will vouch for you
3. Submit your certificates, insurance documents, and work photos for verification
4. Once verified, you'll be listed as 'qualified' and can invite others

For Clients

When you use Qualified.Directory to find a professional:

• All listed professionals have verified qualifications and insurance
• Work photos are validated with previous clients
• If a professional isn't contactable, their referrer is available as a fallback
• You can trust that all profiles are genuine and verified
